Hi, I have done all I you have said. IE11 with the communicator etc. but still get the error. When my son gets home I will try it on his pc as it worked on his pc. The other problem is this Garmin takes about 10 minutes to connect on the pc!!! I don't know why. all the other garmins connect quickly....
