Hi all....for those forumites who does not have a subscription for Garmin CN SA maps, and need a map of South Africa, and other countries, here is a link...https://www.openmapchest.org/ to download a map.
To install a map set to your SD Card, you need to do this,..... download and install bit torrent , from this site, https://www.openmapchest.org/instructions/... and follow the instructions.

Thank you Pieter, I have just tried this with the Nuvi 1410 as well. Important to note that the Nuvi requires a folder called "Map" (capital M) on the SD Card and the unzipped file must be located therein.
Will test drive it tomorrow :)
