Thank you for a great job

I would like to thank Frans for developing and maintaining the RHD. The time and effort put in to keep the system up and running and verifying the data must be staggering. Each new point added is verified to operate as intended using a simulation run on a GPS. The new PND's running on City Navigator maps require a different set of RHD because of the differences between the two map sets. Although it functions fairly well there are some points that misbehave on those models. With the discontinuing of the Garmap maps Frans is currently revising the data to render correctly on the newer PND's. I think it is envisaged that once that is complete we will have two sets of data available for a while before the Garmap bases data is phased out. Frans form me and all the members of the forum and all those that download the data that are not registered members thank you for the grate job you are doing. :salute:

Frans,

Van my kant af, dankie vir die moeite wat jy insit om die RHD in stand te hou en die inligting op datum te hou. Ek is self skuldig, want ek weet daar is leemtes in die inligting aangaande Potch wat op die RHD moet kom.
