#1377

Post by JohanGPS »

Hi to all.
The Montana is new for me...I have no idea how to load the RHD onto my Montana 600. Do I do it the same as on my Nuvi ?
Please advise
Thanks

Hi Johan

I've never loaded RHD on my Montana, just my normal Custom Waypoints.

Why don't you use the same process as for the nuvi? You can't break anything by trying.
UNITS: nüvi 660; nüvi 3790LT; Montana 600; eTrex Legend HCx; eTrex Venture 1MB mem and only a Basemap......

For the record, the normal way of loading RHD with POI did indeed work and nothing broken. I thought it might have been a different animal like a 276C but yes it is confirmed now that normal POI loader loades the RHD.
Thanks to all who had some ideas and advice. The more I play with this GPS the more I love it and the more I see my Nuvi going for flying lessons.
