Can anyone who owns a nuvi 2495 give me any info. I want to upgrade from my 1410 and unfortunately the 2495 price range is my limit.
Also is Garmap going to continue with their maps and can these also run on the 2495.

Re: Nuvi 2495
Hi Einnes,
Did you get the Nuvi 2495? I cannot comment on the Garmap maps on how long they are going to continue but the Garmap maps does work on the nuvi 2595. You will have to purchase a license for it though at R999
Regards
Derick

Re: Nuvi 2495
Hi Derick,
I ended up getting a 2595 with lifetime maps etc. I did try and find out if the new 2013 Garmap maps have the road name changes, but they didn't seem to know either. having used Garmaps for the last 5 years or so, you cannot trust what they say. So I will stay with 2012.3 on my other Garmins until I know for sure.
Thanks for getting back
