Not as yet. Checked this morning, no map update to 2014.40

Word of warning This Update might have a problem
Backup all the files in your device including the hidden /.System folder before tackling updates.
you need to put your device into mass storage mode before backing up
Speedometer Circle 10 seconds, MTP Settings, Mass Storage, Save (3490, Should be similar on other 2012 and newer devices)
Make sure computer is set on show hidden files and system files.
Copy the whole Nuvi to a folder in the computer.

It seem that the problems experienced is caused by an server error . Hopefully they will sort it out soon
