Thank you Jan. You are 100% correct. There used to be only two main roads of access into the Tableview, Sunningdale and Parklands areas with huge traffic pileups in the mornings and afternoons. This link road is a third road into the area to relieve heavy traffic and is a main road.
As you say very disappointing.

Please Report it. Lets Get it Fixed.
If we don't report it, it will never be fixed.
I've had at least 20 mistakes fixed in the last 3 years.
Here Maps or CN on Garmin is HERE to Stay. (Garmap is gone for good.)

You can also report direct to Garmin

I have reported the road between Virginia and the N1 and the road from the N1 to Aldam Estates classed as unpaved as paved with google earth screen shot as prove and all I got each time was the same "thank you for your input etc." 2015.1 is the forth update since I first reported it with no change in the data. If you navigate from Gauteng to Aldam and it is your fist visit and you don't no better the GPS navigate you past a perfectly useable paved road along the N1 for about 6km and then along a very bad unpaved road and then back onto the paved road about1 km from the main gate. That can cause some one to permanently loose faith in the use of a GPSr. I have been using CN for just over a year now and my experience so far is that as long as you use it in the major metropolitan areas it will do a fair job but when you venture outside those areas prepare yourself to be disappointed. I agree that CN is here to stay but Navteq seem to have other priorities than bothering with a few "minor " hitches. Sending a team out to verify data that was send to them on a platter is not a priority to them. Yes I did send the information through the correct channel, that is why I got an reply from them.

This junction was upgraded a couple of years back. Will try to see when.
The red dots on Google shows where the road used to be back then.
