A while ago these people phone you on your cell, and when you answer, there's no one talking to you for about ten seconds.
Now they have got the cheek to phone you, and when you answer, get asked "Please hold".

The worst is when they phone you at your busiest and ask you: "How are you?" My reply is always "I am currently having sex with my mistress, while my wife is on training in Johannesburg at your Head Office".
