Robsan had problems with the download which he solved doing a systems restore so that he could use the previous version of Garmin express. I still think that Map updater is the better of the two. And I know that Frans will agree.
You can also try and delete it again and do a fresh download and install. Look like you u have a love/hate relationship with Garmin Express. I am sure that the 3597 is compatible with Garmin Express.

Hi Jan, thank you for the reply. Yep, as you rightfully stated, I really don't understand what's going on. All the programs worked well and suddenly everything stopped working only to give me errors. I'am not able to use Poi Loader, Web Updater, but express now recognizes my Nuvi, whereas a day or two ago this wasn't the case.
