Delicious Braaiwors

#1471

Post by fugglefeet »

Ingredients:-
  • Braaiwors (that is ready to go onto the braai fire).
    1 bowl water.
Instructions:-
  • Remove the braaiwors from its packaging and add it into the bowl of water approximately 20 - 30 minutes before braaing.
Keep the braaiwors completely submerged in the bowl of water.
When the braai coals are ready, remove the braaiwors from the bowl of water and put onto the braai grid.
Season as per normal or as desired and enjoy.
The adding the wors to the bowl of water allows it to absorb some of the water, allowing it to retain some moisture and not drying out completely during the braaing process.

Enjoy.
