Garmin began rolling out Garmin Express v4.1.28.0 for the PC yesterday.

This version includes the following changes:

• Introduced new feature: users can now purchase, renew, and download safety camera subscriptions from within Garmin Express.
• Improved System Tray / Action Center messaging.
• Updated anonymous data collection privacy policy messaging.
• Removed Vehicles and Voices.
• Removed the ability to “retire” or “remove” devices from Garmin Connect when removing them from Garmin Express.
