BirdsEye application

I have recently purchased the year license to use BirdsEye on both Basecamp and my Montana 650.
Both the Birdseye and the Montana 650 is linked/registered to the same email address. However, when I go to the Montana setup on Garmin Express is shows that the unit is not registered for BirdsEye hence I am unable to load BirdsEye onto the Montana.

Does someone have an email address I can communicate with Garmin with to try and resolve this?
