Hi Jan,
It just means that it's been Made but Not Available for Download or Purchase Yet. It Exists but it is not yet Launched.
You can not Preview it in a Visual sense the File is just a list of files in the Product.
When the Preview is released it is usually Launched within about a week or two.

It now includes full coverage of Malawi.

Downloaded on Saturday and doing a comparison (particularly in Botswana) have noted a great improvement. It seems our (my) reservations initially on the CN maps may have been premature as they seem to be making a considerable effort to expand their coverage. Still not on par with Garmap, however seem to be catching up quite quickly.
