How to Resize

Please help me out here. I want to upload my avatar. The dimensions should not be more than 100x100 pixels and not larger than 15 kb. I can resize with ease, but I cannot get to smaller than 15kb. If I go to 15kb, then the pixels is round about 30x30 and you can barely see anything. I am using ACDsee for stuff like this.

I helped Heinrich a while back to re size and load and experienced the same problem with his avatar. I ended up resizing to 80x80 and saving it as a .png file to get it to fit using Photostudio. Maybe Darryl can have a look at the settings again to allow a slightly larger avatar.

I can get it to 100x100, but not smaller then 35 to 40 kb. I tried everything that I knew of stuff like this.

Upped it to 64kB. Let's see how this works and if it needs further tweaking, we can do it.
