Controversial Aarto Bill

Hi all, if this controversial bill is signed, a lot of South African motorists is in for a tough ride, and I quote, (https://www.thesouthafrican.com/cyril-r ... MdzT-3WYVg).The National Assembly has done its bit. Now it is up to President Cyril Ramaphosa to sign the controversial Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (Aarto) Bill into law.
