M2 West and East to be Re Opened

By the looks of it, there is some good news for motorists making use of the M2 West and East motorways, when the motorways will be re opened, on Monday the 4th of November, City of Johannesburg's executive mayor Herman Mashaba, said after extensive repairs to the value of R58m was done to the bridges.
The closure of the highway, which was closed between the Crown interchange and Maritzburg Street following safety concerns in February, has caused traffic congestion in the area.
