Updating map source software

Hi,
i need some advice, when I open map source and check for up dates it gives a message update available, i install the up date. when I open map source the next day I have to install the same software update again, can any one give me advice why this is happening

Hi Robsan, Phillip. With regards to your question on Map Source update, there is no longer any updates available for this program. Open Map Source, click on Help, click on About Map Source, and see what version you've got installed. The last update was version 6.16.3. Maybe, you should install Base Camp as an alternative. Hope this helps.

Hi Phillip,
Followed your advice and re installed it now it works, what happened is when I opened help it searched fora update found one and installed it, when I opened map source at a later time and I opened help it would search for an update and find the same one I already installed and install it again later it would repaet the same. i followed your advice then I tried reinstalling and the problem is gone.
