Understanding The File Folders On Your Nuvi

Hi guys, Phillip. I've always wondered what all the different file folders are for, when I connect my Nuvi to my PC. I've compiled a document in PDF format, so as to shed a little bit more information on what these file folders are, and, used for by the Nuvi. I've used my Nuvi' 3579's index folders, for discussion, and it might differ to other Nuvi's index files, but most of the common files are discussed. We look at the PND's, (Personal Navigation Devices), and don't realize how intricate these units are. I hope this brings a little bit more clarity to understand the file folders, used on PND's.
