Hi Johan. I have been using Windows 10 since it were released and have not seen than problem on my lap top.
I think suggest it may be some problem on your system. Maybe you should take the computer to the vendor that sold it to you toe have a look at.

If anybody gets the same issue as that Johan mentioned in this thread,
first try removing Poiloader with Revo Uninstaller and then do a clean re-install of Poiloader, followed by Sox in the same directory.
